A car lover always wish stunning looks of his car, well who don’t want to turn heads on roads. To enhance the cosmetics of your car, there are many car detailing centers which provide services like car deep cleaning, dry cleaning, paint protection film (PPF) and ceramic coating. Ceramic coating is done to enhance the car’s exterior look and to conceal the gloss for a longer period of time. Ceramic coating is 2-3 micron thick coating of liquid polymer substance that is applied to the surface of a car. Ceramic coating protects your vehicle from rust/corrosion, scratches, weather, chemicals, and UV rays. Ceramic coating is like a second skin of your car’s outer surface. This builds a transparent and robust layer on the exterior painted surface. There are many brands of ceramic coating in market which often confuses people. Ceramic coating hardness is very important factor. The more hard a coating is, the more protection it can give. Ceramic coating manufacturers and detailing service providers offers 9H ceramic coating. You might be wondering that what is this 9H stands for. 9H denotes the level of hardness of the ceramic coating. 9H actually is the highest point of reference on the Pencil Scale. Based on the graphite content, pencils are made with different grades. The range goes from 9H (hardest), 8H, 7H, 6H, 5H, 4H, 3H, 2H, H, F, HB, B, 2B, 3B, 4B, 5B, 6B, 7B, 8B and 9B (softest). When a surface is so hard that even a 9H pencil is not capable of scratching the surface, the material will get a score of 9H, as this is the highest score possible on the pencil scale. Therefore ceramic coating can have maximum 9H Grade only. Many car detailing service providers claims 10H or 12H coatings which are completely false and are just a gimmick to lure customers. As a customer you should not be trapped by embellished marketing strategies. 9H ceramic coating is the most advanced product used for car detailing services. The majority of us know that the prime minister drives an end number of cars, and some people are still wondering what kind of vehicles the PM, ministers, and other VIPs use? Don’t worry, hold your horses back. The article here is to satiate all your desires. Narendra Modi has taken some of the best decisions that this nation needed to witness, including demonetization or the surgical strike. Above all, the position comes with great responsibility. Hence, it is pretty essential to safeguard our Prime Minister at all times. While traveling, safety plays a very crucial role. Here we have listed some cars that are used for PM conveyance. ● Mahindra Scorpio This car is one of the most widely used vehicles by chief ministers and the VIP section of the country. Even though it might sound like a standard car, let me tell you that it isn’t one as it is a custom-made Scorpio that Anand Mahindra himself got prepared for him. The car is quite an essential part of Narendra Modi’s convoy as he used the vehicle during promotional campaigns on his journey to becoming India’s Prime Minister. As the car was made bulletproof and the same was used to drive him to Rashtrapati Bhawan for his swearing-in ceremony. It featured a 2.2-liter mHawk diesel engine that is good for developing respective power and torque of 120 hp and 280 Nm. ● BMW 7-Series 760 Li High-Security Edition Worldwide, many politicians and industrialists use this high-security car that serves security purposes. The Security Personnel Group decided to retire the Scorpio as Modi’s official vehicle after becoming the PM of the country as BMW 7-Series 760 Li High-Security Edition has been considered one of the safest cars across the globe. It has been scoring politicians, bureaucrats, and top business tycoons for the past so many years now. ● Range Rover HSE The Range Rover Sport car used by the PM is Range Rover HSE, and the car is said to feature a 5.0-liter V8 engine that does more than 375 bhp. Besides that, it also comes with a formidable 4×4 system, which can do heavy-duty off-roading like a walk in the park. Like the BMW 7-Series 760 Li, the Range Rover Sport is also compliant with a VR7 grade. The car also features a self-sealing fuel tank, fire-fighting system, thick bulletproof windows, and armored plates on the underbody. ● Toyota Land Cruiser The stunningly capable Toyota Land Cruiser SUV has also been an essential part of Modi’s convoy. It has also been customized to offer a supreme level of safety to the PM. Thanks to its 4.5-liter V8 engine, good for producing 262 hp of power along with 650 Nm of torque, the car is also entirely bulletproof and gets some other security bits, so PM always has the best security. ● Tata Safari At one point, Mr. Modi also used Tata safari. Still, it is no more used after the unit used by PM Modi had undergone some modifications to ensure a high level of safety. The car also had featured network jammers and a diffuser tech setup. Above all, the vehicle can report if there are any explosive signals. PM also uses Toyota fortuner as it looks equally masculine and forms a part of the Modi convoy.
COVID-19 is not only a global pandemic and public health crisis; it has also severely affected the global economy and financial markets. The significant economic impact has already occurred across the globe due to reduced productivity, business closures, loss of life, trade disruption, and decimation of the tourism industry. Job losses impacting the income of millions of working personnel have left them with lesser purchasing power. People are now limiting their budget for high-priced purchases. They are also planning to spend their hard-earned money more wisely. So, they are interested in purchasing a pre-owned car instead of a new one. Importance of private car during a post-pandemic situation Covid-19 Pandemic is altering several habits of people across nations, including the way they used to travel. People are now looking forward to using a private car during corona crisis to maintain social distancing. Contemplating the economic state of the nation and growing concern for the safety of their family member, several people are rationing their budgets for high-ticket assets. The consumers who were planning to buy a new car last year would now prefer to buy a pre-owned car due to their limited budget. All this has resulted in surge in demand for used cars. Choose the used car wisely There are several things to check when you are buying a used car. Some of these things are as follows. Check the car and its paper thoroughly: You should inspect the car by a mechanic you trust. It is important to check the existing insurance paper of the car that you are going to buy. It will help you to understand whether the vehicle has had any accidents or claims related to those. A quick way to see this on the policy is to note the no claim bonus (NCB) percentage applied. Check all the filters of the used car as they need regular cleaning and oiling. It helps to understand how well the car has been maintained. Check the engine number and chassis number match the number in the registration paper before purchasing a used car. Check the brakes and ensure for any vibration or any strange or squealing sound from the brake pedal. Check the condition of all tires. Check under the hood for signs of damage, dents, or rust. Transfer registration certificate (RC) of the used car in your name: You have to fill out and submit Form 29 and Form 30 issued by the RTO in the jurisdiction you live in. The form should be signed by both the previous owner and you. If the car is registered in a different jurisdiction from yours, a NOC from the jurisdiction’s RTO will help speed the process. Then, you will receive the name-changed RC copy. Check that there is no pre-existing pending loan on the used car that you are buying. Check the history of service records and road tax receipts with the last updated payment before purchasing the used car. Check the valid Pollution Under Control (PUC) certificate. Transfer of No Claim Bonus: NCB is given to the insured and not the insured vehicle. The insurance policy can be transferred to the new owner but not the NCB. The new owner has to pay the difference on account of the NCB for the balance policy period. Clean and fix your car before the first drive: It is necessary to clean the car thoroughly. It will be best to change all the fluids before using the car. The mentioned above information will help you to understand why the used car market is gaining during the post-pandemic situation. You will also get the proper guideline for purchasing a used car.

So make sure that your suction lines are clean and clear. Regular checkups of the car’s AC system can be helpful to prevent any issue. Make sure your car doesn’t leak refrigerant If you are experiencing low cooling inside car cabin, then there may be some leaking of refrigerant.
